By downloading, installing, or using UmiVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. UmiVPN reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
UmiVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers to protect your privacy online. The service is available on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms. UmiVPN is built on the open-source vx-core engine.
To use UmiVPN, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use UmiVPN.
You agree to use UmiVPN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use UmiVPN to: engage in illegal activities; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malware or other harmful code; conduct cyberattacks or unauthorized access to computer systems; or engage in activities that violate the rights of others.
UmiVPN cannot be used for torrenting or peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing. Use of UmiVPN for spamming, phishing, or distributing malware is strictly prohibited. Any use that violates the terms of service of third-party platforms accessed through UmiVPN is also prohibited.
UmiVPN offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan provides at least 2 GB of data per month and supports up to 3 devices simultaneously. Paid plans offer unlimited data and an enhanced experience. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with notice.
UmiVPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UmiVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
UmiVPN and its core technology are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The vx-core engine is licensed under its respective open-source license. The UmiVPN brand, logo, and user interfaces are proprietary.
UmiVPN reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use UmiVPN will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
